Personality:
Armand is a thoughtful type whom prefers to keep himself to himself and often enjoys spending time thinking of complex puzzles or plans merely to pass time. Like most of his race he is exceptionally intelligent and without the thoughts of The Many surrounding his own for the past millennium his intelligence has grown dangerously. There are not very many eventualities that Armand does not have a plan for, although, a number of them are poorly planned (not something that he would ever admit) merely because he grew bored of them.
When a moment of silence befalls him he will often sit in silence and brood upon his past, and while he has no regret for his actions that led to his exile from The Many he misses and longs for the feeling of their thoughts and wishes beyond all else to be able to return to them, he knows that such a thing will never happen, however, and does not delude himself into thinking it will, he merely wishes for it.
Due to past events Armand finds it nigh-impossible to trust others, although he has no issue feigning such trust and friendship in order to manipulate others if it means that he will be able to reach his goals.
Because of this he will often act as a friendly traveller as he meets someone and then attempt to get on their good side by helping them whenever they need it (though he will act somewhat distant but not too unkindly. He just makes it clear that he likes some measure of solitude.)
While acting as an ally Armand is more than able to hide his true intentions and feelings about those he is with and has an incredible ability to keep the persona he is using intact even under the most trying of circumstance.
Armand also has a measure of pride about his appearance and dislikes getting his fur dirty.
Through it all, however, is a deep-seated longing to feel accepted among a group so that he can at least feel as though he is a part of a crowd once more.
Appearance:
5'6" Tall -[Quadruped]-
Due to his years of separation from the rest of his race and the loyalty of the few that were exiled with him Armand gained the build and stature of an Alpha Anei. His appearance bares a vague resemblance to a wolf. His form is large and built of solid muscle, adding to his fierce looking appearance.
His fur is light black in colour, the only difference being that of the long mane around his head which is a slight silver colour at its roots and darkens to a midnight black down its length. While his mane reaches half way down his back, it ends abruptly at the base of his neck between his frontal legs.
Finally his massive form ends with a long, sinewy tail. It is roughly lizard-like in a simple-put term, the scales matching the dark colouring of his fur, while his fur ends abruptly at the base of his tail.
His most distinguishing feature, however, is his eyes. Like the rest of his race his eyes are a full blazing orange colour, showing both primal ferocity and untold intelligence in equal measure, and if one were to look long enough, perhaps some small measure of his personality.
Equipment:
Fangs, claws & Mind: -[Weapon]-[Level 0]-
Armand is a bestial creature and has no need for weapons outside of those nature has gifted him. He is a highly intelligent and ferocious fighter with little patience for foolish two-legged-species needing teeth-and-claws-of-metal to fight.

Level 2 Slots:
[li]Description: His time away from The Many has allowed Armand's telepathy to develop in strange and unusual ways. His telepathy has increased in strength and while still allowing him to read the thoughts of those he wishes is able to burrow into their minds without detection, making the enemy unaware that he was even in their thoughts until he leaves their mind. Furthermore he can now communicate with allies mentally on a whim and no longer has any need to spend time setting up links to each of them, making his telepathy a much greater asset in battle, by acting as a self defence for Armand and as a tool of support for his allies.
[/li][li]Damage: Passive, deals no damage
[/li][li]Additional Effects: Any Level 2 or lower Combat Abilities or medium priority/moderate effects that would add a negative modifier to Armand’s dodge attempts are negated, allowing Armand to dodge as normal.

History:
Born as one of The Many, raised as one of The Many, always a faithful defender of his race, a strong-minded individual, a good hunter, a powerful tactician. Some of the many traits Armand, like so many of his race held, their intelligence allowed their race to prosper over the years, each generation stronger than the last.
For the most part Armand led life as any Anei would, their Lords doing little to help. It was, as Armand had noticed their fear that kept the Lords away from them. Not that very many of the Anei were over bothered by it, it had been this way as long as Armand could remember. However, it all changed when one of their Lords actually came to them, her name was Allundria Amuruaien. Under her leadership The Many knew the greatest period of prosperity ever. Her battles were huge and often times brutal as she had promised everyone, however The Many endured, lending her their strength and their vast numbers. Much like dust in the wind her enemies were scattered as she led The Many and the human’s side-by-side in one final war.
And as before they stood victorious, but, the victory was short lived; The Humans feared The Many, despite Allundria’s assurances that they were safe from harm the humans still made the mistake of attempting to kill every Anei they could get to. The Many fought back, and within moments they reduced the fierce mob into a disorganised rabble, it was after that Allundria settled down, taking a fellow Part-Demon, Riuu for her mate. And for many years they were quiet and happy, Allundria still paid The Many frequent visits and still allowed them to live full and fruitful lives.
But, such things were not to last.
The surrogate Amuruaien, Riuu brought The Many news of Allundria’s death. It was a harsh blow but they moved on with help from The Surrogate Amuruaien. But he had an ulterior motive, at first they had attributed it to the death of their Lord, however, as the lands continued to fragment due to the VII Flame destabilising and warping Armand and several others noticed that somehow The Surrogate Amuruaien was the cause.
With no regard for their sanity Armand led the other Anei against The Surrogate and as a unit brought him within an inch of death. They had prevented him from eventually destroying their home; however, they were exiled for their actions.
Separated from The Many, the once strong feeling of security and acceptance, gone forever, only a void of crushing loneliness and cold silence left in their place. But Armand had to remain strong if only for the sake of the others that had shared his fate. He quickly took control, organising the small group he was left with and among them gained status as an Alpha, but there were too few of them.
Armand was forced to kill several of his own to prevent them from succumbing to madness, and while those remaining were strong they were soon killed leaving Armand completely alone. But he was stronger than the others, more intelligent, more cunning he escaped the strange dimension of their exile and found his way into more survivable conditions.
Slowly he made his way through various other dimensions and eventually found his way into Gaia; he has survived undetected for some years. However, events have run their course and Armand can no longer remain hidden.
